Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of pet hair and odors.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
